SPRING 2025 PLAYER & VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION

Registration is through GotSport (see below for registration info & links).

 

PLAYER REGISTRATION – WILL OPEN LATE JANUARY

Financial Assistance

Registration Tips:

  • Create GotSport Account (or Sign In to Existing Account): A parent/legal guardian must first create a GotSport account for themselves, making sure to NOT register themselves as a player. The user ID email should be different from other emails listed under the account. Tip for Parent/Legal Guardians Who Plan to Volunteer: Make sure the user ID/email for a parent/legal guardian is the same as used for SafeSport training if completed in the past.
  • Begin Registration Using Above Player Registration Link: Click “Registering a Child or Someone Else.” Then, click on the player’s name listed under parent/legal guardian account. You may need to "Add" player to your household before you can register them if this is your first time registering them. Do a search, and when you do not find them, add them. Then, register them as a player. 
  • Birth Certificate: Make sure you have a copy of your player's birth certificate when you register, because you will be asked to upload it. 
  • Other Documents: If either of the below forms apply to your player, you'll be provided instructions by the director on how to submit.

 

VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION – WILL OPEN LATE JANUARY

Registration Tips:

  • Create GotSport Account (or Sign In to Existing Account): The account must be created by a parent/legal guardian if the volunteer is under 18 years. The user ID email should be different from other emails listed under the account. Tip for New Adult Volunteers: Make sure the user ID/email is the same email you used to complete SafeSport training if you completed it in the past.
  • Begin Registration Using Above Volunteer Registration Link: Click “Registering a Child or Someone Else” if you are a parent/legal guardian registering a volunteer under the age of 18 years OR click “Registering Myself” if you are an adult volunteer registering yourself. A parent/legal guardian of a youth volunteer will also need to click on the volunteer’s name listed under their account (after adding them under household if not already added). If they have not been added, do a search, and when not found, add them.
  • Select Volunteer Role: Select "Coach" as the role when you first sign in to register yourself or someone else (even if registering for a different role). On the registration form, you will be able to select the volunteer role or roles of interest. 
  • Provide Volunteer Availability: Please check your schedule closely before providing availability. This information is used to assign volunteers to roles and teams (& players if buddy).
